The creative designed 802 series electric actuators for quarter-turn valves, which had multinomial patents and enjoyed a high profile in the domestic market at optimal design and reliable application, were put into production in 1991. |

The company was settled in science & technology area in Beichen district and became a member of the Valve Committee Association of China. 802 series actuators were put into the market that year.

LQA, 802 series actuators won the third level prize of Tianjin Scientific and Technical Achievements and National Medal of Technology.
In addition, 602 series manual actuators for multi-turn valves were successfully developed and put into production. |

The company passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification by DNV.
Started to research and develop with CAD that year. |

903 series electric actuators for multi-turn valves were successfully developed and put into production in batches.

A modern workshop with the area of more than 3700 sq.m. was completed.
Provided more than 600 actuators of 802 and 903 series with control package for San Xia project.

Purchased two horizontal machining-centers for machining the critical parts such as the main house.
