802 Part-turn Electric Actuators

802 series electric actuators suit a wide range of quarter-turn applications. They provide a reliable position control of butterfly, ball valves, as well as similar ones.



Characteristic
The patent integrative design. The reduction mechanism is placed in the watertight house even the output torque reaches 5000Nm. So the compact profiles provide the 802 series higher reliability and watertightness.
The versatility of 802 series actuators. There are standard actuator, actuator with control package, folomatic control unit could be selected according to demand.
The 802 series actuators can have explosion-proof enclosure to ExdIIBT4(GB3836.1£¬GB3836.2).
The 802 series actuators (include ex-proof units)with IP65 (GB4208) enclosure can ensure complete protection from dust and moisture. IP67£¬IP68 enclosure can be provided if need.
The shift from manual to motor operation is fully automatic and no hand/auto lever is provided. The handwheel could be operated in motor mode, which only affect the output speed slightly.

A push-button box could be provided with the standard unit to open/close the actuator in site.
The VPT module could be provided to feed 4~20mADC analog signal proportional to valve position.
IP68 enclosure is optionally Available.
ExdIIBT4 explosion-proof enclosure is optionally Available.
