Construction Features
  • Motor, Special motor for valve, the rated running time is 10 minutes.
  • Main driving mechanism, It consists of one-step of spur gear pair and one step 2K-H planetary reduction mechanism.
  • Stroke control mechanism, A cam gear is used for stroke limiting mechanism. The cam shaft is in synchronous motion with output shaft. In open direction and close direction are provided separately with two cams and two microswitches, a power source for control motor and an "on" states indicator lamp.
  • Torque control mechanism, A worm shaft axial play configuration is used. Disk spring is mounted on the worm shaft. The displacement of the worm shaft is converted into deflection angle of the cam shaft through crank. Then the microswitch is actuated by the cam. 
  • Mechanical indicator, The exact valve position can be seen through an window in the cover.
  • Manual/electric changeover, it is a fully automatic changeover mechanism. No changeover lever is provided.
  • Mechanical stops, Two stop screw is provided for open and close direction.
