      Control Package

    Construction Features
    • Electric motor, Special motor for valve control, nominal running time-10 minutes. The Motor is mounted on the external lateral side of the enclosure and is coupled to the main driving mechanism with gears.
    • Main driving mechanism, It consists of spur gear pair, worm gear pair and less tooth difference planetary gear reduction mechanism.
    • Stroke control mechanism, A cam mechanism is used for stroke limiting mechanism. The cam shaft is in synchronous motion with output shaft. In open direction and close direction are provided separately with two cams and two microswitches, a power source for control motor and an "on" state indicator lamp.
    • Torque control mechanism, Disk spring is mounted on the worm shaft. When torque output is present on the actuator, the worm shaft shall compress the disk spring to realize axial play (displacement). The displacement of the worm shaft is converted into deflection angle of the cam shaft through rack and gear. Then the microswith is actuated by the cam to cut off the power source. 
    • Manual/eletric changeover, It is a fully automatic changeover mechanism. No changeover lever is provided.
    • Mechanical indicator, The exact valve position can be seen through an window in the cover.
    • Mechanical stops, Two stop screw is provided for open and close direction.
