- Motor, As a special motor for valve, it has high starting
torque. The rated running time is 10 minutes

- Reduction mechanism, Composed of one-step spur gear pair
and one-step worm gear. There is a idle stroke in connection of
the reduction mechanism and output shaft, thus, a shock-torque
can be formed at the moment from standstill to running of the
valve.

- Stroke control mechanism: Rotary turns of outpour shaft
are fed back through a counter. There is a limit switch, which
is fitted with self-cleaning type rotary design, on small gear
axle of the counter. When the turns of the output shaft come up
to the setting value, the small gear axle turns to drive the limit
switch. Normal counter consists of two groups (signed as 2Z) and
can control open and close positions of valve. The other counters
with four groups are available for user option (signed as 4Z,
two groups for open position the others for close position). The
limit switch on each group is fitted with two contacts (signed
as 4K) for user's option.

- Torque control mechanism, An axial play design of worm
shaft is adopted. There is a disk spring on the worm shaft. The
axial play can be converted into rotation of torque shaft through
crank to turn torque disk and then stop block on the torque disk
drives.

- Mechanical indicator, The indicator consists of multi-step
pure gear reduction mechanism. It can exactly show the opening
degree of valve through the turns of output shaft from full close
to full open. The indicator is fitted with a potentiometer used
for remote indicatation. When ordering, user should offer exact
turns of valve stem in full stroke.

- Manual/electric changeover mechanism:
¡ó The actuator with 9032 frame is fitted
with semi-automatic changeover mechanism. As the output shaft
stops at any position, moving changeover lever can shift into
manual operation. As the motor running, clutch can make actuator
return to electric operation position automatically.
¡ó The actuators with 9033, 9034, 9035
frame are fitted with manual changeover mechanism. A small manual
changeover force is needed to obtain reliable changeover operation.
