- High strength: The worm gear is
made of high strength, high wear property ductile iron. The worm is
made of alloy steel and the surface of the worm teeth is heat treated.
The housing is made of high strength cast iron.
- Tight seal: "O" rings
are used in every joints. The housing is filled with O# gear
lubricating grease.
- High efficiency: For products with
big output torque（>2500Nm）, axial thrust bearings are installed at
both ends of the axial of the worm shaft.
- Low manual operating force: Gear
reducing structures of products with big output torque（>2500Nm）consist
of worm gear and two-step spur gear pairs for speed reducing.
