The main drive is made up of the spur gear pair, worm and worm wheel pair and planetary gear. The transmission structure design which won the prize of National science and technology achievement in 1997 has become a classic in the industry.

For the design of the planetary gear, the shift from manual to motor operation is fully automatic and no hand/auto lever is provided. The handwheel could be turned to operate the valve at any time.

The design of the separate terminal box leads to easy wiring and extendedly mounting the control package, thus makes 802 series be mechatronics products.

In spite of being part-turn actuators, the drive sleeves of 802 series are allowed to multi-turn rotate due to their design feature.

Additional torque switches: Add a torque switch respectively both in open and close direction.

Two-wire system valve position transmitter VPT2: Input 24VDC signal by two wire and feedback 4~20mA signal at the same time(percentage). .

Four-wire system valve position transmitter VPT4：Input 220VAC signal by two wire, feedback 4~20mA signal by other two wire.

Phase protector JDX: It is used for integrated type with three-phase ac power supply. The phase protector real-time monitor the three phase power, which can prevent the valve running to the wrong direction and running short of phase due to phase sequence error.
